Raj Kumar Seth is an accomplished Supply Chain and Procurement expert with over 35 years of industry experience across Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Real Estate sectors. An alumnus of IIT Kanpur, he holds M.Tech. in Aeronautical Engineering and B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.
He served with the Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Group for over three decades, including 10 years as Head – Corporate Purchase at L&T Infotech (now LTIMindtree). For the past 15 years, he has been conducting corporate training programmes across India and internationally.

- This intensive 2-day programme is designed to provide participants with practical and strategic insights into modern Supply Chain Management practices. The workshop will cover key areas such as Inventory Planning & Control, Procurement & Sourcing Strategies, Logistics & Transportation Management, Warehousing & Distribution, and Customer Service Excellence. - Further, the training will provide detailed learning on Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Category Management, Spend Analysis, Supplier Segmentation, and the practical application of the KRALJIC Matrix through group exercises. Participants will also learn Cost Reduction & Negotiation Strategies, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Value Analysis Value Engineering (VAVE), and effective negotiation techniques through practical role plays. The programme concludes with Contract Risk Identification, Risk Mitigation Strategies, and Dispute Resolution methods.
