Renganathan is a Corporate Law Advisor. His earlier stints were with Edelweiss Financial Services Limited and the TATA Group. He is a Fellow Member of ICSI, ICMA and a lawyer.
He has 35 years of experience in the corporate field, encompassing Governance, Company law, Investment Banking, Corporate Restructuring, NBFCs and allied corporate law matters.
Presently he advises listed companies, SEBI registered Intermediaries, NBFCs, and companies in their fund-raising journey, corporate restructuring etc., besides being a corporate trainer.
He also serves as an Independent Director on listed companies.
He is a Member of the Professional Skill Development Committee of ICSI..
He was a member of the Company Law Review Committee constituted by MCA, to review Companies Act, 2013
He was a member of the Secretarial Standards Board of ICSI.
