Ms. Khushbu Jain is a practicing advocate before the Supreme Court of India, and founding partner ARK Legal. She is executive board member of ACFCS India Chapter Board. She has also contributed to Maharashtra Cyber and Bombay Management Association in an advisory role.
Ms. Jain has been training International bodies, State Government employees and Corporates with a view of institutional capacity building. She has led several initiatives for creating awareness on Cyber Crime and engendering a better understanding of Technology laws. She speaks and writes extensively on issues related to Technology Law, Privacy and Cyber and is a opinion column writer for newspapers and a popular guest on national and international television.

The agenda includes deep dives into the obligations of data fiduciaries, protection of children’s data, cross-border data flow, and the rights and duties of data principals.
