MR S. SUDHAKAR
Mr. Sudhakar is a Fellow Member of ICAI and ICSI, a qualified UK Chartered Secretary (ICSA), and a Law Graduate from Mumbai University with 40+ years of experience in Legal, Secretarial, Finance, and Accounts.
He served as Vice President – Corporate Secretarial at Reliance Industries Ltd. for 17 years and Senior GM – Finance & Accounts at Berger Paints India Ltd. for 15 years. Currently, he is Chief Consultant at Mehta & Mehta, a leading corporate legal firm.
He has held directorships in several Reliance group companies and specializes in training Boards and senior leadership on Corporate Governance, SEBI Laws, ESG, CSR, and Board Evaluation.
