As New Govt. at the Center has taken over & it has made its intention loudly clearly to go ahead towards finally Implementing Labour Codes as this finds place in the first 100 days priorities of the State and accordingly advisories has been issued to all the states governments and Union Territories to organize training programs for all stake holders so that they are in preparedness & well equipped with proper understanding of Labour Reform points before final date of implementation is announced probably shortly.
The workshop aims to prepare States, Corporates, PSU’s, MSME’s for the nationwide rollout of the Labour Codes, ensuring readiness and pre-empting legal challenges in the process.
This condensed workshop by former Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Govt of India provides a comprehensive overview of essential Labour Compliance topics, ensuring participants gain actionable insights on easy implementation of Labour Codes.
Under this workshop we shall cover landmark judgments of higher courts in respect of Industrial Disputes

He is having huge exposure and experience in the field of labour laws and has played a significant role in recent changes and developments on the present subject. Master of commerce LLB, PG in Labour laws, PG in Industrial relations and Personnel
management .
Have attended two international trainings on Labour Inspections and Labour administration & OSH in International training center of ILO at Turin Italy ,Have also participated as delegate from India in meetings, workshops of ILO on subjects like Forced labor at Rio de janario Brazil, Review of conventions and recommendations at ILO Geneva Switzerland , Disputes resolution mechanism workshop by ILO at Dhaka Bangladesh
