She has extensive expertise in ISDA Schedules, Deal Confirmations, Variation Margin (VM) CSA, Initial Margin (IM) documentation and OTC derivatives transactions, including negotiating documentation with domestic and international financial institutions. Her broader experience covers banking and finance, corporate lending, cross-border financing, trade finance, structured finance, securitisation, regulatory advisory and financial documentation.
With a strong focus on practical and commercially oriented legal advice, She combines her extensive transaction experience with real-world insights and interactive learning to help professionals understand, negotiate and manage complex derivatives and ISDA documentation.
