Mayank Francis Dias
Mayank Francis is a specialist in Employment Laws, serving clients across various sectors. He represents managements before Courts, Labour Courts, and Adjudicating Authorities pan-India, providing advisory services on Employment laws and Labour Codes. Mayank has conducted Domestic Enquiries for MNCs and is associated with Employer Organisations, including The Employers’ Association, Delhi.
He is actively involved in Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace, conducting training sessions and serving on Internal Committees. Mayank has presented research papers at conferences, including the National Law University, Delhi, and LAWASIA conferences. His contributions to Labour Laws were acknowledged by the World Bank in their Ease of Doing Business Reports.
Mayank has attended international conferences, including the International Labour Organisation Training, and is an ILO Health & Hygiene Ambassador. He has represented Indian Employers at various international forums, including the United Nations and the ILO. Mayank regularly conducts training programs on Labour & Employment Laws and Compliances for Employers.
Michael Dias
Mr. Michael Dias is a seasoned lawyer and Secretary of The Employers' Association, Delhi. He's a Fellow of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and has been in the Bar since 1976. With experience working with prominent professionals, he started his own practice in 1986. He serves on the Board of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and is a member of the Central Board of Trustees (CBT) of the Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). He represents FICCI on EPFO's committee for ADR mechanisms.
Dias is an Executive Member of the Governing Body of the All India Organisation of Employers and has represented Indian Employers at national and international forums, including the ILO. He's been a faculty for Labour Laws training programs and has appeared before Parliamentary Committees. He regularly represents managements before Industrial Tribunals and the High Court, serving clients from MNCs to Public Sector Undertakings.
